You'll receive an SMS verification code to activate your account. Once verified, you can deposit, collect your welcome bonus, and start playing straight away.

No. Each individual may hold only one 98 Pak account. Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited under our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, both will be closed and any balances forfeited. Yes. Email support@98pak.biz to request permanent account closure. Any real money balance will be returned to your last-used withdrawal method before the account is closed. Note that permanent closure cannot be undone. If your reason for closing is gaming-related stress or financial concern, consider activating self-exclusion first — it gives you a meaningful break without permanently removing your account history.

Deposits

Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer. All times apply to fully verified accounts. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

The minimum withdrawal at 98 Pak is Rs 500. There is no platform maximum, though individual payment providers have their own daily caps — Easypaisa and JazzCash typically allow up to Rs 50,000 per transaction.
